El Departamento de Seguridad Nacional no hab\u00eda confirmado p\u00fablicamente su identidad hasta la publicaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dur\u00e1n Guerrero muri\u00f3 el lunes 13 de julio durante un operativo migratorio en Biddeford, Maine. Brouillette y personas cercanas a \u00e9l han sostenido que actu\u00f3 en defensa propia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras surgen interrogantes sobre el agente, Martha Karolina Rojas \u00c1lvarez, pareja de Dur\u00e1n Guerrero y madre de su hija, record\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente al colombiano como un hombre trabajador, alegre y entregado a su familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTengo el alma rota. \u00c9l era todo para m\u00ed\u201d, declar\u00f3 al hablar por primera vez despu\u00e9s del tiroteo. La mujer explic\u00f3 que solo conserva fotograf\u00edas y una cobija familiar que le hab\u00eda regalado semanas antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El colombiano ten\u00eda entre 25 y 26 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan los diferentes registros y medios que han informado del caso. Su muerte ocurri\u00f3 menos de una semana despu\u00e9s de que otro agente de ICE matara al trabajador mexicano Lorenzo Salgado Araujo durante un operativo en Houston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los dos incidentes provocaron protestas y nuevos reclamos para que los agentes migratorios utilicen c\u00e1maras corporales.
