{"id":222147,"date":"2025-10-09T07:09:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T11:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/?p=222147"},"modified":"2025-10-09T02:09:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T06:09:55","slug":"exjueza-cubana-regresa-deportada-y-es-interrogada-por-la-seguridad-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/exjueza-cubana-regresa-deportada-y-es-interrogada-por-la-seguridad-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"Exjueza cubana regresa deportada y es interrogada por la Seguridad del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La exjueza cubana <strong>Melody Gonz\u00e1lez Pedraza<\/strong>, deportada recientemente desde Estados Unidos, fue sometida a un interrogatorio por la Seguridad del Estado a su regreso a la isla, confirmaron fuentes consultadas por <em>Diario de Cuba<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez Pedraza, quien se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como presidenta del Tribunal Municipal de Encrucijada, en Villa Clara, fue expulsada de EE.UU. el pasado <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/ee-uu-deporta-a-exjueza-cubana-melody-gonzalez-pedraza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">25 de septiembre<\/a><\/strong>, tras cuatro meses de espera desde que un juez migratorio rechazara su petici\u00f3n de asilo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con testimonios, al llegar al aeropuerto fue separada del resto de los deportados y trasladada a una oficina donde agentes del Ministerio del Interior le hicieron preguntas sobre su estado de salud, sus planes y las declaraciones que hab\u00eda ofrecido previamente a <em>Diario de Cuba<\/em> durante su estancia en un centro de detenci\u00f3n migratoria en EE.UU.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 de forma abrupta cuando la exfuncionaria, que padece hipertensi\u00f3n y diabetes, comenz\u00f3 a sentirse mal. Antes de dejarla marchar, los oficiales le advirtieron que no volver\u00eda a ocupar cargos en el sistema judicial cubano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Villa Clara, fuentes del sector legal afirman que existen rumores sobre un posible proceso penal en su contra, a ra\u00edz de sus declaraciones sobre la falta de independencia de los tribunales en Cuba. Durante una reuni\u00f3n en la Audiencia de Santa Clara, algunos fiscales insinuaron esa posibilidad, mientras otros se opusieron a represalias. Una joven fiscal lleg\u00f3 a declarar que renunciar\u00eda a su cargo si la exjueza era procesada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, Gonz\u00e1lez Pedraza y su esposo, <strong>William Hern\u00e1ndez Carrazana<\/strong> \u2014tambi\u00e9n deportado anteriormente\u2014, residen en un apartamento prestado y en condiciones precarias, manteniendo un perfil bajo y bajo discreta vigilancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La exmagistrada viaj\u00f3 a EE.UU. el <strong>30 de mayo de 2024<\/strong> mediante el programa de <em>parole<\/em> humanitario. All\u00ed reconoci\u00f3 haber condenado a cuatro j\u00f3venes bajo presi\u00f3n de la Seguridad del Estado, un fallo por el que manifest\u00f3 arrepentimiento. Sin embargo, las autoridades estadounidenses rechazaron su asilo al comprobar que hab\u00eda sido militante del Partido Comunista de Cuba hasta poco antes de su salida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su hermano, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/detienen-al-hermano-de-la-jueza-melody-en-miami\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ruber Gonz\u00e1lez Pedraza<\/a><\/strong>, sigue detenido por ICE y firm\u00f3 su autodeportaci\u00f3n voluntaria, lo que le permitir\u00eda solicitar emigrar de nuevo en una d\u00e9cada.
