{"id":177257,"date":"2024-07-22T12:55:20","date_gmt":"2024-07-22T16:55:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/?p=177257"},"modified":"2024-07-22T12:55:24","modified_gmt":"2024-07-22T16:55:24","slug":"desestiman-denuncia-por-agresion-contra-mijain-lopez-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/desestiman-denuncia-por-agresion-contra-mijain-lopez-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Desestiman denuncia por agresi\u00f3n contra Mija\u00edn L\u00f3pez en Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La justicia chilena desestim\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuballama.com\/noticias\/mijain-lopez-golpea-a-joven-que-pedia-libertad-para-cuba-en-panamericanos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un caso de agresi\u00f3n<\/a> en contra del tetracampe\u00f3n ol\u00edmpico de lucha grecorromana Mija\u00edn L\u00f3pez, acusado de golpear al activista cubano Dami\u00e1n Montes de Oca en octubre de 2023, durante la celebraci\u00f3n de los XIX Juegos Panamericanos en Santiago de Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chile no tuvo en cuenta la demanda del migrante cubano que fue golpeado en un estadio de la capital chilena durante un choque de b\u00e9isbol entre los equipos de Cuba y Brasil, a pesar que las autoridades tuvieron pleno acceso a los videos que capturaron la agresi\u00f3n de L\u00f3pez, asegur\u00f3 <em>Diario de Cuba<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia se estableci\u00f3 ante Carabineros, que es la instituci\u00f3n policial chilena, y fue tramitada por la Fiscal\u00eda de la Comuna de Maip\u00fa, \u201cla comuna que m\u00e1s comunistas tiene en Santiago de Chile\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el agraviado al citado medio.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con lo que declar\u00f3 Montes de Oca, \u201cla demanda fue cerrada supuestamente por faltas de pruebas\u201d. La denuncia \u201cla cerraron a la fuerza\u201d, acot\u00f3 al dejar entrever que en el procesamiento de su acusaci\u00f3n pudo haber sido influenciado pol\u00edticamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs\u00ed funciona la Justicia en este pa\u00eds. Todo muy r\u00e1pido, la verdad, y las pruebas fueron enviadas. Para las autoridades, \u00e9l no es nada en este pa\u00eds. Ahora hay un tema de crisis migratoria muy fuerte aqu\u00ed\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tenor con la letrada, hubo otros hechos de violencia contra cubanos durante los Panamericanos del a\u00f1o pasado, como en el que tres de ellos fueron sacados de las gradas por la Polic\u00eda durante un partido de voleibol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYo estaba en el estadio cuando Mija\u00edn L\u00f3pez le dio el golpe a este chico, pero Carabineros no intercedi\u00f3 porque ven\u00eda protegiendo a la delegaci\u00f3n oficial cubana\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Balbont\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una delegaci\u00f3n prorr\u00e9gimen, encabezada por L\u00f3pez, golpe\u00f3 en octubre pasado a un activista cubano en un Estadio de Santiago de Chile donde se celebraba un juego de b\u00e9isbol entre Cuba y Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Diario de Cuba <\/em>dijo que llam\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda de Maip\u00fa para saber sobr el procesamiento que se hizo de la denuncia de Montes de Oca (quien esperaba que al menos como resultado de la misma no dejaran a L\u00f3pez volver a entrar en Chile), pero nadie contest\u00f3 el tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre la misma cuerda, la abogada explic\u00f3 que era dif\u00edcil que se estableciera alg\u00fan tipo de sanci\u00f3n sobre L\u00f3pez, ya que \u201cChile y Cuba no han firmado tratados de extradici\u00f3n\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ha ocurrido en las \u00faltimas ediciones de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos, L\u00f3pez ser\u00e1 el l\u00edder de la delegaci\u00f3n cubana que asistir\u00e1 a la cita bajo los cinco aros en Par\u00eds, que comienza esta semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante recordar que a finales del a\u00f1o pasado si hicieron virales las im\u00e1genes en el que el grequista cubano, considerado por muchos el mejor luchador de todos los tiempos, golpeaba a Montes de Oca, quien sac\u00f3 una bandera cubana que ten\u00eda escrita la frase \u201cLibertad para Cuba\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay que recordar que el gigante de Herradura no viaj\u00f3 a Chile para competir, sino como parte de la delegaci\u00f3n oficial que fue a los Panamericanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edas antes, funcionarios de seguridad del Movistar Arena, sede de varios eventos de los Juegos en Chile, censuraron a un grupo de cubanos que mostraron una bandera de la isla con la frase \u201cQueremos libertad\u201d durante un partido de voleibol entre Cuba y Puerto Rico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En octubre pasado el destacado grequista golpe\u00f3 a un activista cubano en un estadio de la capital chilena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":30,"featured_media":177265,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[21,18,955],"tags":[11275,16405,941,19031,7475],"class_list":{"0":"post-177257","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-deportes","8":"category-noticias","9":"category-noticias-de-cuba","10":"tag-activistas-cubanos","11":"tag-agresion","12":"tag-destacado","13":"tag-juegos-panamericanos-santiago-2023","14":"tag-mijain-lopez"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
